Hope

All the doors are closed now, the front door is. I did not bother checking the back door, because I don't want to enter through the back door, front door is more decent. I am standing outside with my heavy luggage. The only opening I see is an attic window, for that too I have 2 ways climb up, the drainage pipes attached to the sides of the building (as seen in cartoons) and a ladder a very tall one. The pipe is dangerous I can fall midway(just like cartoons) and lie on the ground maybe paralyzed for life . The ladder I build will have a firm base (fundamentals) which will safely support me when i climb, 100% guaranteed.
So what next once i get in?
I have thought about it many times . I know why I want to get in, because I love whats inside.
Then why did the door close?
For the same reason, I loved whats inside a bit too much.

Pranchiyettan (What went through my mind while watching it)

Pranchiyettan is a bad movie.First of all its weird listening to Priyamani and Kushboo speaking in the so called "thrissur basha" and using words like "gedi".However Mammotty was good, throughout the movie his "thissur basha" was good and some of it reminded me of something (I havent figured out what that something is yet). Although Pranchi is a rice merchant (as i understood from the movie) there is no joke or dialogue or any scene showing that he is good at his trade. The only mention of rice is by his cook who comes in many scenes and asks "Ethrapeer unnan undavum".One possitive thing was that the movie was shot in good locations in Thrissur like Vadakkumnathan, Thiruvambady(no paramekkavu), Regency club, Town hall beating the record by other movies like "Thuvanathumbikal" and "Njan gandharvan".I also liked the mention of place names like "Chembukkavu" "kuriachira" etc (no mention of punkunnam tho).
Thumbs down for Priyamani's role, she has to stop taking such roles (Raavan also). The scenes that were supposed to be funny are not funny at all, the best one would be the one where Pranchi shoots an ad for his jewellery. By the way I am writing this while i watch the movie (so you understand how "engrossing" this movie must be). However things changed at 1:46:00 with the introduction of Jagathy and Ganesh. There is this particular scene that stands out where Pranchi and friends sit around a well and try to rotate their right feet clockwise and simultaneously write the number "6" with their right hand. The ending was good.
I dont understand what story the director wanted to say. This is what i understood, in the beginning Pranchi was desperate for attention and glory,he wanted a Padmasree award but ended up marrying a girl called Padmasree ,he ended up adopting a son and planning to write the SSLC exam.
I have been waiting a long time to watch it,that is the only reason i watched this even though the print was bad.I should say i was disappointed. One other thing that i should have talked about was the role of St Francis (dont know who the actor was but the voice was that of the director Ranjith),speaking latin or Italian(I dont know) first and suddenly changing to "thrissur basha".
